After many years training I follow a similar workout with weights 3 times a week, and practice aerobic activity on the in between days, taking just one full rest day. I spend too much time online while sitting at my desk, so your Rule 1: Dynamic Warmup was a brilliant as stimulating therapy to break the routine as well as using before my work-out. Many thanks!</description>
